Accessing past invoices or payment receipts
Navigate to the billing portal
- Click Settings in the page header
- Select the Billing tab on the settings pages
- Click Manage button on your plan
Click the invoice you need

Billing User Access & Permissions
Only Organization administrators can access the payment account information. Ensure that you manage user roles carefully to maintain the security of your billing details: Admins can set these permissions under the Team tab in Settings.
How can I change my plan?
To change your plan, first navigate to your billing portal. Then, select the plan you wish to switch to and follow the prompts to confirm the change. The new plan will take effect immediately.
